  7. This program was initially built only for private use, but
  8. once I started changing its appearance and adding new options,
  9. I decided that everybody else could also be able to enjoy its
  10. features.

  12. The sole purpose of DUCA is to sound an alarm whenever a connection
  13. is established and the user is logged on with a Dial-Up server
  14. (including Internet Access Providers).

  18. It starts minimized, but -- if restored -- its menu presents the
  19. possibility to change various options.

  23. DUCA95 is currently written in Borland Delphi 1.0. Whenever Borland
  24. decides to launch Delphi 32, DUCA95 will become a thorough 32 bit
  25. native app!! (at least that is what DUCA told me he wanted to be
  26. when he grow up).
